MADE TO ORDER:
How long will my order take to get to me?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be shipped. You will be emailed when your order is on it way to you.
Can I customise my order?
Any items that are made to order can be customised. We are able to customise, body length, sleeve length, size, fabric and colour, we can add pockets, and remove pockets too. Please leave a note on your purchase when making your order. This will incur and extra cost.

I have an idea for a custom order! Will you be able to make it?
We would love to make your dreams come true so email us here with you’re idea.
Can I request a different fabric for a garment to be made in?
Absolutely, email us here and we can send you some more options.
I need my order quickly! Can you do it for me?
In most cases we are able to turn around a rush order within 3 working days before we dispatch. Please email us first if you require a rush order.
JELLY JUMPERS AND JACKETS
How do I order a Jelly Jumper or Jacket?
Most of our Jelly Jumpers and Jackets are made to order. We will release what colours we have available on our website and you order through there. Please follow the instructions in the product description.
Can I provide my own blanket for a Jelly Jumper or Jacket?
Absolutely, it will take $50NZD off the retail price. The blanket must at least be single size. Please email us here and we can organise this for you.
How do I add lining to my Jelly Jacket?
When you are ordering you’re jacket type 'add lining' in the order notes. We will invoice you an $70NZD to account for the fabric and time spent to add the lining.
I forgot to add lining to my Jelly Jacket order!
Please email us within 48 hours of placing your order. We will get back to you to let you know if it is possible.
What size do your Jelly Jumpers/Jackets fit?
In all current photos our models wear a size Medium. Please refer to our size chart here
Will your Jelly Jackets/Jumpers fit men?
Absolutely, we can customise the size to fit them. Please add a note on your order about length, sleeve length, chest and hip measurements.

Are they available in any other colours?
Absolutely, email or DM us and I can find the perfect colour for you!
I am wanting a dumpling dress for my hens part/engagement photo shoot, can you make me one?

SHIPPING
Are you able to post my item on express shipping?
Only for New Zealand customers at this stage. Please select this at check out. Your order will be processed the same day if the order is placed before noon, and dispatched the next working day if order after this time.
*Please note: If you select express shipping for a made to order item we are unable to ship same day and will use express shipping once the item is ready. If you need a 'rush' order, please email us here
Can I pick up my order?
At the moment we do not currently offer pick ups.
